THE PROBLEM/OVERVIEW

Artemis needed a long term partner to oversee the company’s strategic planning and rebranding efforts, as well as the expertise of a partner who would oversee a full rollout of marketing  campaigns which would involve branding, logo conception, marketing strategy planning, and handling specific campaigns. Artemis also needed an expert who would oversee patient recruitment initiatives and volunteers programs, as well as someone who understood the business development side of the company.
